These terms govern your access to and use of the Probet platform and any related services (the “Service”). By opening an account and using the Service you enter into a binding agreement with Probet. If you do not accept these terms, you may not access or use the Service.
Probet may revise these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, Probet will provide advance notice and may require your re-confirmation of acceptance. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Bets settled before the change remain governed by the Terms in effect at the time of the bet.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority under applicable law) and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. You may not use the Service if doing so would violate any law or regulation applicable to you or your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that, where you reside, access to and use of the Service is lawful.
To access the Service you must complete the registration process and become a verified Customer. Probet may refuse registration at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason. Verification may require valid identification and proof of address. You must provide a unique Registered Email Address and keep your contact details up to date. Probet will communicate with you via your Registered Email Address.
All personal information provided is processed in accordance with these Terms and Probet’s Privacy Policy. Probet will not disclose your identity to third parties except as required by regulators, law enforcement, or financial institutions for anti-fraud, anti-money laundering, or payment processing purposes. Your information may be transferred to jurisdictions outside the European Economic Area in connection with the provision of the Service. By using the Service you consent to such transfers as described in the Privacy Policy.
Probet accepts accounts in multiple currencies and does not offer credit. Probet may close or suspend an account and refund funds if it believes you are not complying with these Terms or to preserve the integrity and fairness of the Service. Such actions may be taken without prior notice provided that already matured contractual obligations will be honoured. Probet may refuse, restrict, cancel or limit any wager at any time for reasons including preventing fraudulent activity or circumvention of limits. If an account is closed or suspended for non-compliance, Probet may cancel or void bets. Any mistaken credit to an account remains Probet’s property and may be withdrawn upon discovery. If an account becomes overdrawn, you are liable for the amount due. You must promptly report any errors or unauthorised activity on your account. Probet supports self‑exclusion requests submitted from the Registered Email Address and may set or adjust wagering limits after a cooling-off period where applicable. To close an account, you must send a request from your Registered Email Address to support.
You may deposit funds using the methods disclosed on the Service. Deposits must be in the same currency as your Account; deposits in other currencies will be converted at the daily exchange rate determined by Probet or at the prevailing rate of Probet’s banking partner. Fees may apply to deposits and withdrawals. Any deposit not rolled over (risked) three times will incur a 3% processing fee, in addition to any applicable withdrawal fees. You are responsible for your own bank charges arising from deposits and withdrawals.
Customers may self‑exclude by submitting a request from their Registered Email Address. You may set limits on wagering and losses; requests to increase or decrease limits will be processed diligently, with removal or reduction subject to a seven-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
Probet will communicate with you primarily via your Registered Email Address. It is your responsibility to maintain an active email address and to review communications. If your Registered Email Address is compromised, you must notify Probet immediately. Probet may suspend or restrict access pending identity verification in response to security concerns.
Probet may suspend or terminate your account or the Service at any time and for any reason, with or without notice, and may refund funds where appropriate. If termination occurs due to non‑compliance with these Terms, any bets already placed may be cancelled or voided in Probet’s sole discretion. Mature contractual obligations will be honoured notwithstanding termination.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Probet disclaims warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, and fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Probet’s liability is limited to the funds held in your Probet account or to the maximum extent allowed by law, and Probet shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to the Service. Any disputes related to these Terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts with jurisdiction over Probet’s operations in the applicable territory, subject to any mandatory local consumer protection requirements.
